KEYPAD MESSAGE — PRIVACY POLICY

LAST REVISED JUNE 11, 2026.

Keypad Message (“Keypad Message,” “the App,” “we,” and “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, how that information is used, and what choices you have. Keypad Message is a simple mobile utility that lets you enter a phone number and an optional message, then open a chat in WhatsApp.

By installing or using Keypad Message, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, contact us using the details at the end of this page.

Summary

Keypad Message does not require an account, does not show advertisements, and does not sell your personal information. Phone numbers and messages you type stay on your device unless you choose to send them to WhatsApp. We do not operate servers that store your contacts or message content.

Information you provide

The App lets you enter:

• A phone number (with country code)

• An optional message text

This information is used only to help you compose and open a WhatsApp conversation. When you tap “Message,” the App opens WhatsApp (or a WhatsApp link) with the number and message you entered. After that, your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy, not this one.

We do not collect your name, email address, or payment information through the App.

Clipboard access

When you open or return to the App, and when the phone number field is empty, Keypad Message may read your device clipboard to detect a phone number and ask whether you want to paste it. This happens only on your device. We do not upload clipboard contents to our servers.

You can always decline the paste prompt or enter a number manually. iOS may also show its own system notification when an app accesses the clipboard.

Information collected automatically

The App itself does not use analytics or advertising trackers. However, your device operating system and the third-party services listed below may collect limited technical information (for example, device type or OS version) as part of normal app operation.

We do not use cookies in the mobile App. If you visit our website (for example, to read this policy), standard web server logs may record your IP address and browser type.

Third-party services

Keypad Message relies on services outside our control when you use certain features:

WhatsApp — opened when you send a message. WhatsApp may collect and process data according to its own policies.

Apple App Store / Google Play — if you download the App from an app store, that store may collect purchase and device information under its own privacy policy.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of WhatsApp, Apple, Google, or other third parties. We encourage you to review their policies before using their services.

How we use information

We use information only to:

• Let you enter and edit a phone number and optional message

• Offer to paste a phone number from your clipboard, with your confirmation

• Open WhatsApp with the details you chose to send

• Improve stability and fix bugs when you contact us for support

We do not use your information for marketing, profiling, or targeted advertising.

How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Information you choose to send is shared only when you initiate an action—for example, when you open WhatsApp with a phone number and message you entered.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Data retention

Phone numbers and messages you type in the App are stored locally on your device for as long as they remain in the input fields or until you close the App. We do not maintain a central database of your entries. Uninstalling the App removes locally stored App data from your device.

Data security

We take reasonable steps to design the App so that your input stays on your device. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You use the App at your own risk, and you should protect your device with a passcode or biometric lock.

Your choices

• You can refuse clipboard paste prompts and type numbers manually.

• You can clear the phone number and message fields at any time before sending.

• You can uninstall the App to stop all App access to your device.

• On iOS, you may limit clipboard access or notifications in your device Settings.

Children’s privacy

Keypad Message is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

International users

The App is operated from Israel. If you use the App from outside Israel, your information may be processed on your device locally and, when you use WhatsApp, according to WhatsApp’s practices in the regions where they operate.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Revised” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
